1. Website use

This website provides company information and a way to discuss products, request support and share feedback. Please use it lawfully and send accurate information. Do not send abusive content, impersonate another person or include another person's private information without permission.

2. Product information and quotations

Product listings help you start a discussion. Historical price labels are reference snapshots. Current prices, taxes, availability, technical specifications, quantities and delivery arrangements require a written quotation or confirmation from the company. Website information and chatbot answers do not by themselves create an order or a commercial agreement.

3. Commercial arrangements

Payment, cancellation, refund, warranty and delivery conditions depend on the particular quotation or order. Ask the team for the applicable written terms before accepting an offer. The applicable commercial terms are provided in the written quotation or order.

4. Requests, visits and support

Saving an enquiry, callback, visit or agent request means the team has received a request. It does not confirm a price, reserved appointment, service scope or response time. Visits and callbacks require separate agreement. The assistant answers from approved website knowledge; confirm technical and commercial requirements with the team before relying on them.

5. Customer feedback

Feedback is saved privately for review. Public display is optional and requires the customer's separate permission, verification of the experience and approval. If published, only the original comment, optional rating and chosen display name are shown; private contact details remain private. Please keep order numbers, contact details and other private information out of a comment intended for display. Contact the team with your feedback reference to request withdrawal from public display. Customer feedback is not automatically used to train the assistant.

6. Content use

Company content and photographs are provided for information about the business and its products. Please contact the company before reusing them in another publication. Other names shown in catalogue records do not by themselves establish an authorised partnership.
